Creative Producer & International Fixer
I work with directors, agencies, and production companies on two parallel tracks: visual development for projects that need a clearer creative direction, and on-the-ground production support for international shoots in Paris and across Europe. Often the same project needs both. I work in English, Italian, Spanish, and French.
For projects that have a strong idea but need a clearer visual identity before they can move forward. I work with the director or creative lead to define the visual spine - tone, atmosphere, references, structure - and translate it into materials the rest of the team can actually use.
I deliver pitch decks and treatment design, visual research and reference curation, moodboards and visual guides for crew, casting direction, and production-ready creative briefs.
Best when: you're in early development, pitch phase, or stuck between concept and pre-production.
I produce and coordinate international productions across Europe and beyond, with Paris as my home base. For projects shooting in France, I handle the full local fixer scope: location scouting, casting and crew, permits, multilingual on-set support. For productions traveling between cities or countries, I coordinate logistics, crew, and creative continuity across locations.
Recent international work includes the feature This Is Not a Film About U2 (Paris, LA, New York), Paris 2024 Olympics VIP logistics with On Location, and brand productions for Viator/TripAdvisor.
I deliver location scouting and venue securing, casting and crew coordination, permit liaison and logistics, on-set production and creative direction, vendor sourcing with visual sensitivity, and multilingual coordination (EN/IT/ES/FR).
Best when: a foreign production needs a creative producer who can handle the ground logistics in Paris and coordinate across multiple international locations.
For projects where the concept is set but the execution needs a visual lead. I work as creative director on shoots, campaigns, and events - holding the aesthetic line from prep through delivery and directing the look across photography, set, styling, and casting.
I deliver on-set creative direction, art and visual oversight, casting and styling direction, and the visual continuity that keeps a project coherent from first shot to final image.
Best when: a director, brand, or production company needs a senior creative on set to protect and execute the visual vision.
