Creative Coordination
As the Production Coordinator for This Is Not a Film About U2, an independent feature-length documentary, I oversaw both pre-production and production phases across Paris, New York and Los Angeles.
I coordinated communication between departments, managed schedules, and ensured that the film’s creative and logistical elements aligned with the director’s vision. My work included location scouting, prop selection and maintaining visual consistency throughout the project.
During the Paris pre-production period, I handled all organizational and logistical workflows, assembled local crew and streamlined administrative processes to support an efficient shoot.
For the U.S. filming units in New York and Los Angeles, I supervised travel arrangements, transport logistics and on-the-ground coordination, ensuring smooth transitions between locations while maintaining operational flow.
This role required precision, adaptability and strong creative oversight, contributing to the seamless execution of a multi-city international production.
